How can I apply for the NDIS?
To apply for the NDIS, you'll need to complete an Access Request Form (ARF) and provide evidence of your disability. This includes information about how your disability impacts your daily life. Who is eligible for the NDIS?
Eligibility for the NDIS is based on age, residency status, and the nature and impact of your disability. Generally, you must be under 65 years old, an Australian citizen or hold a certain type of visa, and have a permanent and significant disability. Learn more.
How does NDIS funding work?
NDIS funding is tailored to each individual's needs. After your eligibility is confirmed, you'll have a planning meeting to discuss your goals and needs. Based on this, a personalised NDIS plan is developed, allocating funds to various supports and services that will help you achieve your goals.
How do I get Plan Management in my NDIS Plan?
When you go for your planning meeting or review, you need to request for Improved Life Choices to be added to your plan.
Can I change my existing plan manager to Assure Plan Management?
Yes. You will need to notify your existing plan manager by sending a Notice of Termination email / letter and request your existing plan manager to cancel their service bookings. Then, you can complete the registration process with Assure Plan Management, and we can start to manage your plan. We can guide you through the process, simply contact us.
How do I get my invoice paid?
Simple! Just choose one of the following options:
1. Upload your invoice on our website OR
2. E-Mail your invoice/s to NDIS@assureplanmanagement.com.au (Remember, you will need to email us using the email address you use to register with us); OR
3. Your service providers can email us directly!
It is that simple! Once the invoices are validated, we will process the payments in 2 business days.
How does Assure Plan Management assist NDIS participants?
We offer comprehensive plan management services, including processing payments, monitoring budgets, and offering expert financial advice related to your NDIS plan.
What is the cost of Plan Management services?
Plan Management services are included in your NDIS plan at no extra cost to you. The NDIS covers these costs separately, so it doesn’t reduce the funds available for your support and services.
